Hiking North Shore engagement session on Lake Superior, Duluth, MN
Tall lush forests, roaring waves. You’d think you were in the PNW but you’re actually on the North Shore of MN. Looking out of Lake Superior, surrounded by pines and hills and lakeside cities.
It’s the perfect place for beach vibes, forest greens, and adventure.
Something I love about the Midwest, is that adventure is everywhere. Tucked away in state parks, river sides, and on the Great Lakes. There are so many great locations on Lake Superior!
For G & J’s engagement session, we hiking through the woods up to some cliffs. They danced among the trees and wildflowers. Upon reaching the cliffs we rock climbed our way up to a stunning view of the river. After taking it all in, we climbed down to the river to behold it up close. J found an agate among the river stones. We ended our night on a rocky beach on Lake Superior as blue hour began. Where G & J danced again, as rain began to fall, and they felt at home by the beautiful lake.
I thoroughly enjoy how they made this session their own, choosing to be at a place special to them and doing things they love!
