Many couples choosing to elope in Wisconsin can have a great alternative to the bigger, and sometimes more stressful, traditional weddings. The Midwest is more than just flyover states. There’s something for everyone here.
Wisconsin sits adjacent to two Great Lakes, Lake Superior and Lake Michigan. Giving you two great options for a beachside wedding day. With forests, lakes, the Driftless Area, waterfalls, and rolling fields of gold, Wisconsin makes for a scenic place to get married no matter where you are in the state. Eloping in Wisconsin is just as beautiful as it sounds.

Charming city on Lake Superior, gateway to the Apostle Islands. You can even get a ferry tour of the islands. For an indoor option there’s The Old Rittenhouse Inn, a beautiful Victorian style home. Nearby is Madeline Island & Big Bay State Park, largest of the Apostle Islands on Lake Superior, accessible by ferry.
Beautiful park with sand dunes on the beach of Lake Michigan, as you face the lake to the East, it makes for a perfect for a sunrise ceremony.
Filled with storybook themed gardens, making it a unique and beautiful place to get married at.

Enjoy views from one of the highest points in the state. Just imagine being up there in the fall looking out at the colorful view.

One of my favorite places where couples elope in Wisconsin.
All the hills and valleys making this a more unique place in the Midwest to getting married in. With Wyalusing State Park gives amazing views of the river in the the Driftless Area.
